Dealers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of listings, pricing, vehicle information, and related content published through the platform. You agree to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws in connection with your use of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
BBB ELITE VEHICLE SALES LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform to the fullest extent permitted by law. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
